Our Story
TwoDogs Espresso is owned and operated by local Seattle area husband and wife team, Levi and Brianna Newton-Jackson.
Levi brings several years of experience as a journeyman service technician within the Pacific Northwest coffee industry. He has a vast and comprehensive knowledge of industry standards and has specialty credentials in many manufacturer specific brands. Levi has played integral roles in opening new coffee businesses as well as ensuring the operational readiness of many high volume cafe's throughout the PNW. Whether you are starting a new coffee business, looking to expand or improve your current coffee operation or just an avid coffee hobbyist, Levi's expert background and dedication to detail will exceed your expectations.
Brianna has a robust background in retail leadership and customer service industry, having completed the Harvard Business Schools Executive Program on Retail Leadership and Customer Service. Brianna leverages this background and education to facilitate open, transparent and honest communication with a focus on customer satisfaction. Brianna serves as the primary point of contact and liaison to direct service calls for TwoDogs Espresso, she consistently strives to meet a service-first mind set. The goal of two dogs is to develop long term customer centric relationships that are rooted in honest, timely and exceptional service delivery.
TwoDogs Espresso grew from both a love of coffee and their two dogs Lylia and Luna, which was often enjoyed together on long walks through the urban and wilderness areas of the PNW and deserts of Arizona they once called home. On these long walks with Lylia and Luna, Levi and Brianna while sipping their coffee...envisioned of one day starting their own small business designed to meet the needs of the ever expanding coffee community in Seattle and surrounding areas. It seemed only fitting to name this business "TwoDogs Espresso"! Today, their dream is a reality and although Lylia has long since passed, their new addition Rainier fills the void left behind and now walks in stride with Levi, Brianna and Luna as they continue to build their dream of being a valued community centric small business.
