Our Service Pricing

We currently charge $115 per service hour, with a minimum charge of one hour.

 

After the first hour, we bill service in 30 minute increments, rounding down charges under 15 min and rounding up for charges 15  minutes and above.

 

Please note: Our technician will give a best estimate of the time the service will take prior to starting the job. However, service time may vary dependent upon services being preformed and anything additional that may arise during the service call.

We offer prescheduled after hours service by appointment, weekends included. 

​

After-Hours / Emergency (ER) Service:

• $150 per hour for labor only.

• Does not include parts.

• Applies to same-day emergency requests and pre-scheduled after-hours services.

• Customers with an active PM plan will receive 5% off of ER services.

Every effort will be made to procure OEM Parts. Whenever feasible, parts are directly ordered from brand distributors. Machine part prices vary dependent upon the needs of your service call. Our technician will give part recommendations and cost estimate prior to ordering recommended parts.

Parts will be ordered and installed within a timely manner, with the exception of parts on back order by a vendor. 

​

Please note: Deposit required for parts orders over $200. The $200 deposit will be applied to the final invoice due and is nonrefundable.

Our travel fee is $75 for any service location within Seattle city limits. 

 

Our travel fee is $85 for any service location outside of the Seattle city limits.

 

Please note: An additional long distance travel fee of $50 will be added to service calls 50 miles or more from Seattle city limits.

 

Customers will only be charged one travel fee per service call.

 

Additional travel due to return part installation or return service pertaining to initial service call will not be charged travel.

 

For locations outside 50 mile radius of Seattle city limits, $50 return travel will be charged.

How does the package work?

​

Once enrolled, we will work directly with our customer to establish a fixed preventative maintenance schedule based uniquely on the equipment type, generation, production volume and customer needs.

 

Please note: Common industry preventative maintenance service standards can range drastically from quarterly service to annual service. This is unique to each customer and predicated on multiple factors.

What does the Preventative Maintenance (PM) Package Cost?

​

Preventative maintenance package costs vary and are based upon equipment variability and volume of use. Our technician will conduct a thorough assessment of your equipment and then provide a quotation for preventative maintenance services. 

​

We offer both minor and major preventative maintenance services and our price quotations will be reflective of the preventative maintenance options required to maintain optimum equipment performance.  For additional information on the types of preventative maintenance service, CLICK HERE.

Customers enrolled in the Preventative Maintenance Package will receive 10% off every PM service as well as 5% off all other service calls.
