Minor PM Service
A minor preventative maintenance service includes: replacement of group screens and gaskets for your machine, as well as a general equipment inspection to identify any potential issues and to ensure effective equipment operation.
This type of minor preventative maintenance service should be completed on a quarterly to annual schedule. The interval of service is predicated on the volume of drinks produced and the overall use of your equipment.
The standard service time is typically estimated at 1-1.5hrs for this minor service. This is an estimate and time may vary depending on the unique circumstances of your equipment and business.

Major PM Service
A major preventative maintenance service includes: replacement of group screens and gaskets, both safety valves (pressure release valve & vacuum breaker), rebuild of both steam wands, as well as a general equipment inspection to identify any potential issues and to ensure effective equipment operation.
This type of major preventative maintenance service should be completed on a quarterly to annual schedule. The interval of service is predicated on the volume of drinks produced and the overall use of your equipment.

The standard service time is typically estimated at 2-2.5hrs for this major service. This is an estimate and time may vary depending on the unique circumstances of your equipment and business

Preventative Maitenance Plan Enrollment
We also offer a PM (preventative maintenance) service plans.
When enrolled in this plan, TwoDogs Espresso will reach out directly to the customer every 3 to 6 months to schedule the required service of their equipment.

Customers enrolled in regular PM services receive 10% off each PM service.

Customers enrolled in regular PM services receive 5% off any non PM service need, this 5% discount includes ER/weekend services.
